Cold Rush – A coldstone creamery store located in Lagos, Nigeria had noticed a decline in customer numbers and our campaign involved giving away discount cards on YouTube, Facebook and twitter SM channels dedicated to a new TV series on friendship.

A noticeable decline in customer numbers pressured management to seek out the services of an agency that was both creative and had the requisite digital skills to create an online campaign.

Our campaign involved giving away discount cards on YouTube, Facebook and twitter SM channels dedicated to a new TV series on friendship.
Campaign CTA: At a particular time of day for one month, both discount and free gift vouchers were given away to people who could answer the ice-cream related questions of the moment.

Impact

This exercise increased customer numbers in the stores and also had 50% retention rates for the newly converted customers
